The goal was to renovate a dreary, outdated colonial into an inviting, open and stylish home that incorporated views of the picturesque property. The starting point from the exterior was to create a grand entry that continued after entering the home. This was achieved through a magnificent circular staircase and the stunning view of a custom double-sided estate fireplace in the living room and family room. Extending the rear wall by 8 feet added about 200 square feet to the kitchen area for an open, stylish gourmet dream kitchen. .
