The homeowner wanted to keep their view of the water, while also giving each deck a feeling of privacy from the others. The decks were designed with a stainless steel cable rail on the front and Azek Reserved railing on the sides. This gave more privacy with a very nautical feel. Tongue and groove mahogany was used underneath the peaked roof. The main large lower deck was designed to entertain all year round. On each side of the peaked roof, there is a flat roof installed with hidden copper gutters, recessed lighting and ceiling fans. The space was finished with Azek beadboard.
