2020 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Addition Over $250,000
As the last of a three-stage renovation process, this master bedroom was transformed into a master suite with the addition of a new master bath and repurposing space for new his-and-hers custom closets. The master bath was designed in a U-shape with a center tub room flanked by two identical baths. The client wanted to replicate a luxury hotel bathroom, which was designed with two private yet generous individual spaces within one bathroom. The addition, skylights, ledge stone accent walls and a large chandelier are just a few details that gave the client what they desired: luxury and space.
