2020 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Bath $25,000 to $50,000
This Jack and Jill bathroom renovation took inspiration from the clients’ larger home renovation completed in 2016. The client liked the existing layout but wanted to update the space to include a symmetrical layout and a double vanity for more storage. To achieve this, the bathroom was broken up into two areas: the vanity and the shower. Both areas have different wall finishes and textures but are tied together with mosaic floor tile. The shower area has white glass subway tile and the vanity area has grass wallpaper. Equal space between the two mirrors above the deep blue double vanity add symmetry.
