The existing one-car garage for this home was used for storage. The owners dreamed of a large garage that would fit both a workbench area and two large SUVs. To maintain their stunning backyard, a new garage was attached to the home, the existing garage was converted into a spacious guest bedroom, and the existing powder bathroom enlarged to include a shower. Additionally, the front elevation received a facelift. The enlarged entrance includes a new covered porch to balance the façade. The use of cedar and flagstone accented with metal roofing tie the new additions to the home seamlessly.
