2021 Regional CotY Award Winner, Entire House Over $1,000,000
The scope of this project involved combining two separate high-rise apartments into one, capturing a full 180-degree panorama of Chicago’s skyline and lakefront. The interiors of both units were gut rehabbed and the floor plan substantially altered to create a single functional apartment with a contemporary aesthetic. Scope items of note include the installation of wide-plank hardwood flooring, custom millwork and stone, high-end lighting systems, a commercial-grade kitchen, luxury bathrooms, complex tile installations and a smart-home system. Exceptional craftsmanship and project management overcame the challenges of high-rise construction to produce a spectacular luxury residence in one of America’s greatest cities.
