2021 National/Regional CotY Award Winner, Green - Entire House/Addition Projects
This project consisted of remodeling a small tri-level lake home, built in 1942. The homeowners had dreamed of a light-filled retreat that would take advantage of the lake views and be as green as possible in its creation. This project took reduce, reuse, recycle to a new level with much of the home's original elements being set aside and repurposed in new, inventive ways. The home was expanded with the addition of two bathrooms, a master bedroom suite with walk-out lakeside decks, a yoga room, an open concept living room and kitchen on ground level, and a new, detached three-car garage with heated workshop.
