2024 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Architectural Design Over 500 sq ft
The homeowners loved the family residence, built in 1952, on a lovely corner lot in a very desirable location. However, with small rooms and low ceilings, the interior felt cramped. They wished to modify the home rather than consider a move. We recommended a two-story addition designed to accommodate their lifestyle. A top priority was the design of a primary suite with more space, storage and light. For the first floor, brighter space � in the form of a sunroom - topped the priority list. The resulting project added highly customized space to their home for many years of enjoyment.
