This woodsy home nestled along the river was in serious need of some TLC. Years of owner-applied fixes and poor remodel jobs left the home’s exterior in a rotted and dreary state. There were multiple types of siding, out-of-plumb walls, and clear distinctions between the original home and subsequent additions. The project repaired the extensive dry rot damage, increased functionality of outdoor spaces, and updated the home’s exterior with an architectural design that reflects the home’s natural surroundings.
