These clients had lived in their home for years without remodeling the structure. The original space featured a flat roof, low ceilings and cramped spaces. A larger, updated home was needed, but the tiny lot had minimal setbacks to accommodate the grand master plan they desired. A second level addition and a transitional design style was used to reconfigure and open up the existing space. The home features Craftsman style elements throughout, such as raised panel columns, scraped wood flooring and custom crafted trim mouldings. The home now has open, spacious, well-connected areas for the whole family to enjoy.
