These clients wanted to tranform their oceanfront home both inside and out. They desired a more updated look using low maintenance materials on the exterior, and a more modern contemporary design on the interior. On the exterior, stacked stone around the base of the home transitions to fiber cement shingles above, with IPE wood decks and cable railings. The interior remodel includes a first floor guest suite, and remodeled guest bathrooms and master suite on the second floor, along with a screened porch addition. The third floor features a remodeled kitchen and living room, with new cabinetry, appliances and a stone fireplace.
