2018 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Detached Structure
The clients had outgrown their old garage and felt their yard could accommodate a brand new one. The new garage matches their existing circa 1958 home and provides additional storage. Special care was taken to match the brick and rooflines. Challenges included moving overhead utilities and avoiding damaging the existing fence during construction. The garage is now an extension of the clients’ outdoor living space. The side of the garage includes an entertainment area for guests with a large timber bar and seating under the roof overhang.
