John Kraemer and Sons

At 88 years young, this French Burgundy Tudor originally built in 1929 was in dire need of restoration and remodeling. The clients, who are architects and interior designers by trade, wanted to stay true to the original architecture and materials of the home during this historical restoration and renovation.  On the exterior, the stucco was restored and painted, and new landscaping added. Interior upgrades include a new kitchen with custom cabinetry, white marble countertops and a custom rift cut, white oak range hood. Custom mahogany doors replaced the interior doors too damaged to salvage. In addition, all the bathrooms were remodeled and the basement was converted into a Scottish pub.
