These homeowners wanted to update the existing kitchen and dining room in their historic 1920s home. The current floor plan left little room for the family to host get-togethers and gatherings. To meet the need for additional space, the original kitchen and dining room were flipped to create a larger culinary space with additional seating. The new “form meets function” design improves efficiency and aesthetics. The updated and open kitchen layout now features a large island with a seating area, custom white cabinetry, and quartz countertops.
